Answer: Deliveries are expected to arrive between 3-10 business days after your order is confirmed.

Question: Can I change or cancel my order?

Answer: Yes, you can cancel or amend your order prior to payment, before the product is shipped. You may cancel or amend your order from your account on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us via info@starcopia.com with your order confirmation number and requirements. *cancel or change order may bring additional bank fees will be the responsibility of the customer*

Way 2: (Quick checkout without login)

1. After searching the product you would like to buy, click"add to cart"button to collect items to you shopping cart.

2. View your shopping cart, click"check out", select delivery&payment method.

3. Fill your personal information and make order confirmation

Question: How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an tracking number. You can enter this number onto the shippers website and track your delivery.
